This practical draft explains how Tradie Job Win handles early access registrations. It is not legal advice and should be reviewed before a paid public launch.

What we collect

The V1 registration form collects your name, email address, trade type, and optional phone number. We also collect practical website metadata, including the page where the form was submitted, the landing page, referrer, UTM campaign parameters, approximate device type, browser user agent, IP address, timezone, and submission time.

How we use it

We use registration details to contact you about early access, understand whether the service is useful for Australian tradies, reduce spam, understand traffic sources, and improve the website before launch.

Data storage

Registration details are intended to be stored in an internal Feishu table controlled by the business owner. Customers will not need to use Feishu.

Future lead processing

The planned service will use a separate lead-intake setup for hipages job leads and notifications. It is not intended to take over a tradie's main hipages account in V1.
